APTech℠ is the ONLY U.S. trade association specifically representing companies that manufacture or distribute equipment, systems, software, and supplies – from design and image generation and processing software to multiple output and targeted dissemination systems – for the printing, publishing, and package printing and converting industries.
Companies may be eligible to join APTech as a Full Member or Associate Member. Membership requirements and benefits are specific to each category. Companies with more than 50% of their business in used equipment are ineligible for APTech membership.
Open to two company categories:
1. Manufacturers of machinery, equipment, systems, software, or supplies for printing, publishing and converting technologies.
2. Dealers of machinery, equipment, systems, software, or supplies for printing, publishing and converting technologies that serve the entire U.S.
To be eligible for APTech Full Membership, manufacturers and dealers must have an office in the United States; those organizations that do not may qualify for APTech Associate Membership. No corporate group (parent organization, subsidiaries, and/or divisions) may have more than three Full Memberships in APTech.
Open to three company categories:
1. U.S., Canadian, or Mexican dealers that serve a local or regional market in the U.S.
2. Canadian and Mexican manufacturers and dealers that serve the entire U.S. but do not have an office in the U.S.
3. Trade publications.
Associate Members are not eligible to serve on the APTech Board of Directors. Associate Member dealers and trade publications are not eligible to participate in APTech's Market Data Program. Trade publications are not eligible to receive PRIMIR research studies.
